Carbon steel and stainless steel (Inox):Used for cabin frame, counterweight frame, guide rails, machine frame, door frame, and landing doors.
Mirror, hairline, or patterned stainless steel is used for cabin walls and doors to enhance aesthetics.
Galvanized or powder-coated steel sheets:
Used for ceiling panels, cabin base, or machine room walls – often applied in freight elevators for cost efficiency.
2. Electrical and Electronic Equipment
Control cabinet (Control panel):
Includes control boards, inverters, relays, PLC systems, etc.
Landing and cabin operation panels (COP/LOP):
Made from aluminum or stainless steel with plastic or tempered glass covers.
Sensors and safety devices:
Includes limit switches, door sensors, overspeed governors, safety switches, etc.
3. Drive and Transmission Systems
Traction machine (Motor with or without gearbox):
Materials: cast steel, copper windings, permanent magnets (in gearless systems).
Hoisting ropes:
Made from fiber or steel core, wrapped with multi-layer braided steel wires.
4. Cabin Interior Finishing Materials
Cabin floor:
Plywood, granite/marble, or anti-slip aluminum.
Cabin ceiling:
Powder-coated steel frame, patterned stainless steel or acrylic panels with LED decorative lighting.
Mirror, handrail, trims:
Safety glass mirror, stainless steel or powder-coated handrails, decorative trims depending on design.
5. Guide Rail and Counterweight System
Guide rails:
Precision-processed cast steel T- or U-shaped rails.
Counterweight:
Cast iron blocks or pre-cast concrete blocks enclosed in steel casing.
6. Other Accessories
Sheaves, pulleys, Automatic Rescue Devices (ARD), signal cables, emergency lighting system, etc.
Lubricating oil for guide rails, noise reduction rubbers, shock absorbers…
